Analyzed data included 12,527 assisted reproduction treatment cycles performed at 4,360 patients within years 1982-2004. Among the 4,360 patients, 41 malignancies occured including 6 OC, a value 3.45 times (95%CI: 1.63-6.72, p=0.004)) over the expected incidence.
