We report a case of a 28-year-old woman, primigravida, who presented at 26th week of gestation with fetal tachyarrythmia. The pharmaceutical therapy was digoxin which failed to accomplish sinus rhythm and secondly a combination of digoxin with flecainide which restored sinus rhythm after 3 weeks. Fetal hydrops is an ominous prognostic sign and the sooner therapy is initiated, the higher is the conversion rate.
