Symptoms initiated almost right after surgical excision of a tumor sited nearby the left Bartholin gland. Patient underwent surgical excision of a two-lobed mass sited at the left gluteal region and the left labia majora, sizing 7.5&#215;13.4&#215;17.8 cm. It was a tumor repelling smoothly without infiltrating nearby tissues, surrounded by capsule.
