“Extensive” T4 malignant breast tumors are not uncommon and can be either primary or recurrent. Theycan present without or be accompanied by distant metastases at the time of initial presentation. They share one or more of the following symptoms: mass effect, pain, malodor, esthetic distress, exudation, pruritus, bleeding, and crusting.
